Cosmetic Procedures
Looking your best means feeling your best.
Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure which helps reduce fat in certain areas of the body. When mesotherapy medications are administered, fat cells are targeted and "programmed cell death" occurs. This results in a reduced amount of fat and a slimmer, smoother cosmetic appearance.
Botox®
Botox® is a medication derived from a naturally occurring protein produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. When injected into muscles, the protein in Botox® causes relaxation and reduces the outward appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Most often Botox injections are used as wrinkle treatment in the face to minimize the cosmetic signs of aging, however it can also be used in other medical treatments such as for excessive sweating or migraines. Results generally last several months and can be repeated as needed. For additional information on For additional information on Botox® visit Botox Cosmetics.

JuvÉderm®
Juvéderm® is our most popular type of "injectable filler" that we use for our patients at IMC. The medication is made from a substance normally found in the skin called hyaluronic acid and is administered into the face to soften deep lines, reduce wrinkles, and enhance the shape of lips. Results from the Juvederm procedure generally last 6 to 9 months and injections may be repeated as necessary. For additional information, visit Juvéderm®, USA.

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is a procedure which uses injectable medications to eliminate the appearance of varicose and spider veins. A special solution is administered directly into the targeted vessel, causing it to shrink and fade away. This therapy has been used since the 1930s and is a very successful and safe way to reduce unsightly damaged veins.
