b. Specific services provided are limited to input and receipt of medical data, and appointment information from patients with an established account and PIN number;
c. Office address and contact information are listed in the Locations tab;
d. All physicians listed in this site are licensed Texas physicians licensed by the Texas Medical Board. Physician Assistants practice under the supervision of licensed Texas physicians and are licensed by the Texas Board of Physician Assistant Examiners. Nurse practitioners practice under licensed Texas physicians when required by law and are licensed by the Board of Nurse Examiners.
e. There are no fees for online consultation except when an in office visit is required, then charges apply for that visit.
g. There are no financial interests in any information, products, or services offered through Internet Medical Clinics.
